Just Be You designs evidence-informed team-building and communication workshops using creative media. The programmes are made for teams who are struggling to connect, communicate, or work together effectively — not as a novelty activity, but as a structured, purposeful experience that uses making to do something words alone often can't.

What the workplace programme looks like

Every programme is designed around the team and the challenge. The approach draws on the same rigorous process Just Be You uses across all its work: identify the real need, research it, design something specific, deliver it, and evaluate the outcomes.

Workshops use clay and other creative media to create a shared experience that is tactile, engaging, and genuinely different from conventional team-development formats. When people are making something with their hands, the dynamics of a group change. What gets said, what gets noticed, and what becomes possible all shift.

The focus is on communication, connection, and what it means to work alongside other people — and to feel genuinely part of something.
